RETURNS

Please note: Taboo Pleasures requires all returns must be received within 2 weeks (14 days) of purchase to be processed for refund or store credit. NO acceptations will be given to this policy.

All returns must be approved by the staff at Taboo Pleasures and you must obtain an approval number before shipping your item or product back to us. Upon receiving the return we will update you as to the outcome and either approve or deny your quest for refund. In some cases you may receive partial credit or none at all depending upon the condition and circumstance of that item.

We highly recommend reading all information offered on our website concerning sizing and fit if you have any questions on sizing DO contact us for our help. You may return products due to improper fit, but Please NOTE there will be a 25% restocking fee, your shipping and handling fees will not be refunded and it is your responsibility to pay for shipping the item back to us. If there is a manufacturing defect we refund your purchase 100% minus shipping and handling fees. If you are returning goods, those items must be in perfect condition as it was when you received it, if it is not, Taboo Pleasures reserves the right upon inspection to accept or deny your return. Footwear with scuffs or marks are not returnable, All merchandise must be returned in its original box or packaging, if not we reserve the right to accept or refuse your return.

By law intimate apparel is NOT returnable unless you have received the item with a Manufacturing defect. These would include Thongs, G-String, Teddies, Bras, Bikinis, and other miscellaneous apparel that will be determined upon contacting us. If the clothing item is used for intimate wear and fits on or around your genital area this constitutes as UNRETURNABLE. NO Exceptions will be given. If there is a questionable item needing to be returned you MUST contact us.

Adult Novelties are NOT returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. That includes toys, medical novelties, machinery, battery operated equipment, videos, BDSM equipment and lubricants. Taboo Pleasures reserves the right to refuse any return we deem unacceptable according to our standards.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us and we will review the purchase to determine whether it is refundable or can offer an exchange in its place.

Taboo Pleasures states all merchandise is sold as Novelties Only and are not liable for any misuse or improper care by you as the recipient.

Sales Tax

In New Jersey we collect sales tax only on the items taxable within our state. If you have questions regarding those taxes please contact the New Jersey Department of Taxation. All other sales being shipped to another state are exempt from Taboo Pleasures collecting taxes on taxable items. Some states require you report purchases shipped from another state or country that are applicable to tax collection of which you are required and responsible to pay. Taboo Pleasures is not liable for the collection and admittance of sales tax anywhere other than New Jersey.

Shipping and Handling

Many of the products from our site are shipped directly to you from all over the world. We participate in a “Drop Ship” program with many manufacturers that will ship their particular goods directly to you. If you receive multiple shipments don’t be alarmed, each of these manufacturers will strive to get their product to you as quickly as possible. Some ordered items may be on back order or out of stock, if this is the case we will contact you as soon as we have the available information. At that time you can determine to cancel the purchase of that item or wait for its arrival to you.

We will NOT send any items to PO BOXES anywhere in the world. When placing your order the check out process will be verifying a correlating address to the credit card and if this does not occur your order may not process. We will take the appropriate steps to insure all items are shipped in perfect condition and are received by you as such. If items arrive in questionable condition you may refuse the shipment, you are then required to contact us with the status regarding that shipment.

If you are making a purchase and the items are being sent Internationally, Taboo Pleasures does not except responsibilities for import taxes or duties on your purchase upon the arrival of your package into your Country, that is the sole responsibility of you as the customer. You are obligated to pay fees associated with it’s admittance through your particular Countries customs processing. All labels will be clearly marked for smooth transition through your customs stating the contents within and we are not responsible if your country denies the content of your goods. If your package is denied we will not issue you a refund due to your acceptance of the terms and conditions Taboo Pleasure has stated here within its policies.

It is not the responsibility of Taboo Pleasures to monitor what is legal for you to receive in your particular place of origin, if your area legally prohibits any adult materials or specific items within the contents of your shipment we are not liable nor will we issue a refund or credit for your package being refused for delivery. If you are underage receiving a shipment from Taboo Pleasures we do not accept any liability for shipping to a minor. Our conditions and policies are clearly stated and providing you are of legal age to make a purchase we will do our best to fulfill your order for shipment and acceptance of that package.

Please NOTE: Delivery times will be vary depending upon products being purchased, as stated many of our manufacturers ship directly to you from their warehouse, some items are kept in stock at Taboo Pleasures and some products may be shipped to you from over seas transitioning through our USA customs or other foreign countries. Times will widely vary depending upon your individual order and we recommend contacting us if there are any questions pertaining to shipping time and availability of product.

When ever possible Taboo Pleasures will email you with a tracking number for your package or multiple packages, we use all methods of delivery however UPS is our default company, you may receive multiple tracking numbers from each of the manufacturers and we strive to give you as much information as possible to make sure your package is received within a timely manner. Taboo Pleasures cannot guarantee any package being shipped express or upgraded shipping to arrive within the time frame the shipping company states. There are always unforeseen obstacles that can temporarily disrupt the shipment being sent to you. We do not accept any responsibility for these shipments arriving late or not at all but will try our best to resolve any and all discrepancies regarding the arrival of your purchases.

ALL BOXES and LABELS are discreet and will not draw attention to its labeling; this is for your privacy and security.

Taboo Pleasures reserves the right to process and ship our goods to ANY questionable addresses we deem are illegitimate or potential fraud. Fraud of any kind will not be tolerated and if you proceed to make a transaction where the outcome is fraudulent we reserve the right to report that information to the proper authorities.
